MNML is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our partywear to all it girls worldwide through DHL.

How much does shipping cost?

The DHL international shipping rate is €20 for all international orders.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and usually arrive within 4 days of being shipped.

How can I cancel my order?

We pack our orders fast, so please get in touch ASAP if you'd like to cancel your order. If it hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll be able to cancel and refund you the full amount.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered, if all tags are still attached. Please note, returns are not free - you pay for shipping back to us and a €5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 
2. Add a new question & answer 
3. Assign your FAQ to a category 
4. Save and publish.

You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 
3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 
4. Add media from your library and save.

Question 10

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor.  
To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
